SAGES is once again partnering with ArcticNet to offer a small collaborative grant to research teams.
ArcticNet brings together scientists, engineers, northern researchers, and other professionals in the human health, natural, and social sciences to study the impacts and opportunities of change in the Canadian North. They work closely with partners from Inuit organizations, northern communities, government agencies, and the private sector to advance knowledge generation and bridge national knowledge assets.
This funding provides SAGES researchers with an opportunity to collaborate with colleagues from ArcticNet to conduct fieldwork, purchase lab equipment, organise a workshop, visit the project partner to conduct collaborative laboratory work or finalise a larger grant proposal etc.
