Funding is available to support SAGES members research, including:
Activities can start any time after the award date, and must be completed by 31st December 2026.
Applicants must be SAGES members.
Applicants are not permitted to submit more than one application per call.
If you received funding from the 16th call you are ineligible to apply to this call.
Priority will be given to applicants who have no other source of funding.

Closing date: 17:00 - 15th April 2026
Process to claim funds: The institution of the awardee must claim the fund from SAGES by the 30th June 2026, and the awardee must spend the fund and complete all activities by the 31st December 2026.
Applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application by email by 6th May 2026.
The proposer will be required to make a short video to be distributed via SAGES social media channels on how the funds were used.
The awardee is also expected to attend and present the work at the SAGES annual conference.
Report must be received 2 weeks after completion of funded activity.
