The meeting will be held in the Pathfoot Lecture Theatre, University of Stirling, on Wednesday 21st and Thursday 22nd May 2025. An 'Icebreaker' event will take place on Tuesday evening for our Graduate School members, and an event dinner will be held in Stirling on Wednesday evening for all delegates.
The SAGES Annual Science Meeting is a fantastic opportunity for our community to come together, share our amazing research, and discuss future plans. Delegates are welcome to present their research through oral and poster presentations.
Our Research Themes and Forums will showcase the breadth of SAGES research. Each day will feature an invited ‘Keynote’ presentation that is cross-sectoral and interdisciplinary. Enter our competitions for ‘Best Published Paper’ and ‘Best Poster,’ and network with other early career researchers and academics from all SAGES disciplines. There will also be a prize for the 'Best Oral Presentation.'
Registration is free and open to all SAGES members, with priority given to those who submit an oral or poster presentation.
We have secured a number of single and twin rooms at the Stirling Court Hotel. These will be reserved for members by the SAGES administrator on a first-come, first-served basis. If you do not secure one of these rooms, you can book accommodation in the local area and claim up to £75 per day towards the cost. Travel costs can be claimed by all members up to £65. Please consider sharing accommodation (and travel, if using a car) to keep expenses to a minimum.
