The SAGES Annual Science Meeting is a fantastic opportunity for our community to come together to showcase outstanding research, exchange ideas, and explore future directions for SAGES. Delegates are invited to present their work through oral and poster presentations.
Our Research Themes and Forums will highlight the full breadth of SAGES research. Each day will feature an invited cross‑sectoral and interdisciplinary keynote speaker. Participants are also encouraged to enter our competitions for Best Published Paper and Best Poster, with an additional prize awarded for the Best Oral Presentation. The meeting provides excellent opportunities to network with fellow early career researchers and academics from across all SAGES disciplines.
Registration is free and open to all SAGES members, with priority given to those submitting an oral or poster presentation.
Travel and accommodation costs of up to £200 can be claimed by all members. To help minimise costs, please consider sharing accommodation and, where possible, travel.

Registration is free and open to SAGES members, with priority given to those submitting an oral or poster presentation.

Travel and Accommodation
Members may claim travel and accommodation costs up to £200, subject to the provision of valid receipts. To ensure sufficient funds are available for as many members as possible, please keep costs to a minimum.
Please note that accommodation must not be booked via Airbnb, as University of Glasgow / SAGES policy does not permit payments to this provider.
As a conference dinner is provided, additional subsistence claims will not be accepted.
Attendees are advised to consider potential disruptions (e.g. strike action) and, where possible, to book refundable travel and accommodation.
